Joely Richardson - "Drowning By Numbers" - 1988

Drowning by Numbers is a 1988 British film directed by Peter Greenaway. The story centers on three women — a grandmother, mother and daughter — each named Cissie Colpitts. As the story progresses each woman successively drowns her husband. One in a tin bath, one in the sea and in this clip Joely kills her hubby in a swimming pool.

The three Cissie Colpittses are played by Joan Plowright, Juliet Stevenson, and Joely Richardson.

Jane Gurnett is probably most famous for her stint as Staff Nurse Rachel Longworth in the BBC's long running TV series "Casualty" between 1993 - 1996. However she has appeared in many popular British TV dramas. (IMDB listings for Jane)
In the following 4 clips, Jane Gurnett plays Nancy and this is where Joan Plowright kills her hubby in a tin bath.

Elizabeth Taylor - "Cleopatra" - (1963)

Cleopatra chronicles the struggles of Cleopatra VII, the young Queen of Egypt, to resist the imperialist ambitions of Rome. This was the highest grossing film of 1963, earning $26 million ($57.7 million total), yet it made a loss due to its cost of $44 million, making it the only film ever to be the highest grossing film of the year to run at a loss . . . . .  Here Liz takes a luxurious bath, how big is this bathroom!!

Jayne Mansfield - "Promises Promises" - 1963

Promises! Promises! (also known as Promise Her Anything) is a 1963 unrated sex comedy in which, after a drunken spree on a cruise ship, two women discover that they're pregnant, and set out to find who the fathers are . . . . . . This was the first Hollywood motion picture, with sound, to feature a mainstream star - Jayne Mansfield - in the nude. Reportedly that credit was to go to Marilyn Monroe who shot a nude scene for the unfinished film "Something's Got to Give" in 1962 which you can also find on my blog.

Joan Collins and Sue Lloyd - "The Stud" - 1978

She hires a manager, Tony, to run her club, but it is understood that his job security is dependent on him satisfying her nymphomaniac demands. Tony loses interest in Fontaine, and turns his attention to her young step daughter, who uses him to get back at Fontaine for cheating on her father. This is a clip featuring Joan Collins and Sue Lloyd in the swimming pool scene.

Helen Mirren - "Age Of Consent" - 1969

Bradley Morahan (James Mason) is an Australian artist who feels he has become jaded by success and life in New York City. He decides that he needs to regain the edge he had as a young artist and returns to Australia. Once there, he sets up in a shack on the shore of a small, sparsely-inhabited island on the Great Barrier Reef were he meets up with young Cora Ryan (Helen Mirren). To help her save enough money to fulfill her dream of becoming a hairdresser in Brisbane, he pays her to be his model. She reinvigorates him, becoming his artistic muse.

This is a slowed down underwater scene I edited from the movie.
